Can customized products be returned?
Generaltradin does not accept returns of custom goods. Customized goods belong to personal items, and we will not support returns unless there is a problem with the goods received.
Product size?
All product dimensions are measured manually, please compare carefully when purchasing. Because everyone has different measuring methods and measuring tools, some errors are normal.
We suggest that you can measure. The size of the clothes you wear at ordinary times shall be determined and compared with the size table for reference.
Chromatic aberration?
All the pictures of our products are taken in kind, and the color of the pictures is corrected by professional designers according to the products. However, due to different light, angle, and display contrast, there will be some color differences.
About washing?
Machine washing should be avoided as far as possible, and it is better to wash by hand. When washing, turn the back of the clothes over and wash them again. Be careful not to use detergent-containing whitening agents to avoid fading of clothes.
About fabric?
Due to different styles and colors, different fabrics are required. If you need to customize special styles, you need to specify fabrics. Please explain to the customer service.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order within 30 minutes after placing the order. We will process your order cancellation request within 24 working hours. After the cancellation is successful, the refund will be returned to your payment account.
Payment
We use Square for payment and the following cards are supported: JCB, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Therefore, different payment methods will cause the refund to arrive at different times, usually one to two working days.
