Can customized products be returned?

Generaltradin does not accept returns of custom goods. Customized goods belong to personal items, and we will not support returns unless there is a problem with the goods received.

Return policy

We support returns within 30 days without reason. However, the return must meet the following requirements:

The products that have been worn and washed by consumers without obvious quality problems will not be replaced.

 The dirt caused by consumers themselves will not be replaced.

The dyeing, discoloration, and deformation caused by improper washing by consumers will not be replaced.

Products beyond the specified date are not guaranteed.

Return standard

When applying for the return of goods, it is required that the clothes tags are not cut and must be original goods that have not been worn or washed.

The original packaging of clothing shall be free from damage and pollution, and the price tag shall not be torn. The secondary sales status is not affected.

Commodity quality problems. When opening the package, the clothes found to be seriously stitched, deformed, unevenly dyed, obviously damaged and greasy can be exchanged.

All-new. If the goods are worn, soiled, or damaged by anyone due to human errors, or the returned goods have obvious stains or smells, we will have the right not to return them. We will reserve the final decision on whether the goods have obvious stains or smells.

Return notice

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outer box to ensure a smooth return.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend returning items via insured ground service with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Please note that returns without RMA (Return Authorization) numbers are not acceptable. No return without prior communication will be accepted. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used when purchasing, and we will not charge any replenishment fee.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 30 minutes after placing the order. We will process your order cancellation request within 24 working hours. After the cancellation is successful, the refund will be returned to your payment account.

When will the refund arrive?

Your refund amount will be returned to the order account within 1-2 working days after the refund application is approved, depending on the payment method you used when placing the order. If it is not returned within 5 working days, please contact us at: hi@generaltradin.com.
