Generaltradin collects information submitted by users for the purpose of shipping and billing customer orders. Generaltradin users can sign up to receive periodic email messages, this process includes submitting the user’s email address. Personal information is also collected when a user requests a quote in order to respond to that user. When a user applies for reseller status, information is collected to verify that said user is a reseller. When a user registers to request a catalog, personal information is collected in order to facilitate this request.
