Which countries can orders be shipped to?

Due to the instability of international freight transport caused by the epidemic, in order not to reduce the quality of our service, we temporarily closed the international service and only sent orders to the Australian mainland. If there is any adjustment in the future, we will publish it on the website. Please understand.

When will my order be shipped?

We will process your order within 1-2 working days. If the order processing time is more than 10 days, you can directly apply for a refund or we can reschedule the shipment and compensate you with a $4 coupon to express our apology.

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 pm (AEST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 pm (AEST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).

How long is the delivery time

Handling time: 1-2 working days.

Shipping time: For standard delivery, shipping time will be 3-12 working days in Australia.

Delivery time =Handling time + Shipping time, which is subject to the express company and your address.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 30 minutes after placing the order. We will process your order cancellation request within 24 working hours. After the cancellation is successful, the refund will be returned to your payment account.

Shipping time is too long?

Please make sure that you have filled in your receiving information correctly first, if the receiving information is incorrect please take responsibility for it yourself. If the receiving information is correct and you have not received the product more than 30 days after delivery, you can choose to have a refund or we re-deliver it to you and compensate you with a $5 coupon.

Taxes

Due to the epidemic, international orders are not supported for the time being. Tariffs and consumption tax (if any) shall be borne by consumers.

Lost goods

If your package is lost in transit, please email us at hi@generaltradin.com. We will assist you to deal with the logistics company, but we are not responsible for the loss of the package.

Parcel signature

For security purposes, all Generaltradin deliveries require a signature. You will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail and please prepare for receiving the goods in advance.

Parcel redirect

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

Parcel rejection

If you reject the package, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
